Abstract
The paper shows the analysis of the external environment of the commercial bank. An integrated approach involving industry and competitive analysis is applied. Key indicators of competitor banks identified. Conclusion about the possibility and the need to develop a strategy to improve the competitiveness of the bank was formulated.
