MOBILE EDUCATION AS A MAIN FORM OF BUILDING INCLUSIVE EDUCATION SPACE UNIVERSITY

Abstract
In recent time in the education system of the Russian Federation is working on the implementation of information and communication technologies, scientific and methodological support of educational process and scientific research in the educational process. And this trend is observed at all stages of education. Implementing a number of federal programs, which aim to create open educational space, accessible to all segments of the population and of all ages.
This article discusses the basic forms of the educational process, more diverse and close to the needs of today's students, who are actively used in the space of the university (open educational resources and services to quickly and effectively organize and control the assimilation of didactic material). Certainly replace traditional forms of learning is impossible, but the use of mobile technology in the classroom and during the preparation of the house serves as extra motivation for knowledge in students.
  The practice of introducing an open, remote and mobile education allows people with disabilities or people who are in remote locations, well trained, and a host to new competence. And, of course, necessary to use the rapid integration of students in the Internet environment, to enhance their motivation to education. This opens up prospects for self-learner at each stage of his life.
Mobile learning disabilities may include listening and courses and attending classes, not only in its "native" university, but also in the ongoing training, student exchange programs between educational institutions, according to the construction of his individual training schedule.
