Abstract
This article is devoted one of the most topical issue of modern labour law – the problem of the hidden employment relationships. The author examines the innovations of the Labour Code of Russian Federation concerning civil contracts that regulates employment relationships as a matter of fact. Analysing the rules of the Labour Code is made according to sources of international law, the doctrine of national labour law, and also the law enforcement practice.
