Abstract
In the present article the current position of the enterprise of the automotive industry of JSC «AVTOVAZ» underwent the analysis. As the tool for realization of process SWOT-analysis was chosen. Following the results of the analysis the main ways of increase of competitiveness of the studied enterprise are formulated.
