Abstract
In article readiness of the personality for productive activity in the conditions of emergence of new tendencies in science and society is analyzed. The profilisation of the educational environment is considered as the prerequisite of development of identity of the personality, her readiness for social and vocational guidance and self-realization in professional field of activity. Axiological and akmeological bases of self-development of the personality in the conditions of a profilisation of the educational environment are presented.
