Abstract
The article deals with the organization of accounting in small businesses, to January 1, 2013 had the opportunity to conduct accounting is not in full or not at all, and keep it lost that opportunity after the entry into force of the Federal Law "On Accounting» № 402-FZ . The authors identified the main problems that can occur in these subjects, and provide recommendations to the beginning of the organization of the system of accounting.
