HOW DO WE REORGANIZE THE ORGANIZATION WITH INNOVATION?

Abstract
The first purpose of this article is a decision about opportunities for Russian companies to discover innovative ways. Company can do this by hiring a new employee immediately from the University to the Program, in which this new person will work in every department of the company. And the next purpose of this article is to describe how company can do really good motivation for this employee.
