AbstractStudied the dynamics of clinical neurological syndromes and neurosonographic pattern in children with intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) in the neonatal period. It is shown that the severity of neurological disorders, structural changes in the brain depend on the degree of IUGR: more severe and persistent structural and functional changes observed in hypoplastic variant IUGR, intrauterine growth retardation at hypotrophic version changes are transient and one month in most children are stopped.
