Abstract
This article is devoted to theoretical and practical problems of the recognition of the legal personality of foreign legal entities on the territory of инностранного state and admission to its economic activity in the sphere of subsoil use. This study suggests that activation of foreign economic activity demanded consideration of many aspects of having theoretical and practical importance, namely: determining the conditions for the admission of foreign legal persons to engage in foreign trade activities on the territory of a foreign state, the establishment of organizational and legal forms in which foreign entities would be able to carry out economic activity in the sphere of subsoil use. Relevance of the research is manifested in the absence of special works on the topic, accumulating legal regulation of foreign economic activity and legal issues of the legal personality of foreign legal entities in the sphere of subsoil use in foreign trade activities. Review of the literature on international private law and literature on business law found that in the scientific work either dealt with issues of legal regulation of foreign economic activities, or the legal regulation of the status of foreign legal entities
